      It's a mom and pop shop feel with decent morale and attitudes across the board. Realistic in their expectations and won't expect the world for a dime. Accommodating when it comes to work/life balance.

      Cons

      There is minimal promoting from within and it is a smaller company that has struggled with growing pains trying to reach the next tier.

      You can start and leave whenever you want. But thats going away soon.

      Cons

      Upper management breathing down everyone's neck. Nobody wants to stay. Pay is terrible. Raises are insanely small. No bonuses.
