don't need to go to office, work is done on the road or at home.
Cons
Evaluate on only the salary. You will not get any promised long term bonus. they don't honor their employment contract. When you leave they will ask you to sign papers by offering some $$. If you don't sign, you'll need to sue to get what's promised, which would be tiring. Also work support is erroneous and difficult to improve. health insurance is the very minimum.
