The best thing here is the kind of work we do, mostly new and cutting edge AI stuff like Gen AI, NLP, etc. You don’t get this exposure in many companies. Everyone gets a fair chance to prove themselves, no favoritism, but yes your efforts are appreciated. Yearly hikes and performance bonus are a good motivation. Teammates and managers are super supportive and approachable, even Shamsad sir who is CEO, we can directly work with him if need be. Great place if you want to learn, experiment and grow fast.

You need to keep yourself updated constantly, otherwise you can feel left behind. Flexible work timing, this is not a typical 9 to 5 job instead task oriented and so u are flexible to work from home anytime, just completing task is important
