      Pros

      HR Process is friendly and easy going, I have been looking for a job for the last 3 months and Accuray offered me a very inclusive diversity and inclusion culture process where I was value and recognize for my profesional experience regardless my nationality or ethnicity. Accuray is a very well organized company, I fell I will be here for the next 20 years.

      none at the moment, everything has been great, my manager is very friendly

      Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

      Pros

      Great product to save lives. Good benefits. People I worked with were talented. Nice Building.

      Cons

      Upper management are in it for the $$ and do not care about staff. Annual layoffs are standard. If considering employment do not plan to work long-term. The most recent C-Suite staff are mismanaging the company.
