Pros
People at lower levels and medical affairs, service, and clinical specialist areas are very friendly, supportive, and passionate about their work.
Cons
Corporate HQ Management does not care about their employees, only where their next paycheck comes from. They have no concerns throwing their employees under the bus when something goes wrong and have no support or accountability for their own actions. Since departure of COO, it's turned into a club where your job is only safe if you know someone, and you will be let go without an exit interview, without any reasoning. Turnover rate has been high for a number of years and will not change anytime soon.
