Accsell, Inc. is a fantastic place to work!! The office is full of young, motivated, hard-working professionals. Let me be clear: NOT EVERYONE will be successful!! If you're looking for a job where you can clock in, clock out, and do the bare minimum, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a job where you can collect a paycheck for doing nothing, look elsewhere. Hard work is the standard and working your tail off is rewarded exceptionally well. If you want to come to work and be surrounded by talented, friendly, super fun people who work hard and want you to succeed as much as they want to succeed themselves, then this is the place for you. I love working in a place where I can be such great friends with my coworkers and relax and have fun both in and outside the office, while still knowing I can trust them to bring it 110% when it's time to get down to business. There is a very good reason that we're selective about who we hire: success begets success. The trophies don't lie, guys.

If you're looking for an easy-peasy job where you can skate by or get away with not pulling your weight, this place will disappoint you.

It is a management training program and it is nice that everyone started out in the same place so it gives the appearance of an even playing field. A nice place, in my opinion, for a younger crowd, at least out of this office. If your motivation is making money this is a great place to work. Everything usually depends on your motivation.

-There is a favoritism going on in this branch. -The manger is to young and does not have enough experience in managing a team. -If there are benefits I did not hear about them. -Commissions so if you are not there you don't get paid. -6 day work week 12:30p-8:00p (kinda because you are required to play with the team after work).
