Big company (on finnish scale) Good reputation Good services to customers New HQ which is very nice Lots of knowledge on how to take care of the employees As a consult you are not responsible for sales

Cons

Knows how to take care of the employees but how much they really care about them? Are they on your side if you have problems with a customer? Do they support/thank you if you need to work extra? Salaries ain't good and salary races do not follow the incoming money you bring to the house as a consultant Quite high hierarchy

Nice colleagues - it's builds tram spirit by accident when everyone suffers together.

Cons

The management is ruthless and incapable of taking any feedback. There is no humanity nor are they interested in taking care of their employees in any way. To paint a picture, they laid off people on 22nd December even though the company was profitable. They do everything by the legal minimum - for example reducing 15min break to 10minutes and call this "being fair". The company doesn't even try to live by its own values, one being Trust - here every minute of your day will be logged and monitored, literally. Bonus system is a scam, you'll never reach the target and if you do, next year it'll be even higher. There are no progression opportunities, you're tied to your role. You won't be able to take your monthly personal learning time as this will be taken by company training decided by the management. The company is very American and has a lot of corporate bureaucratic time-wasting.
