Pros

A few talented coworkers made the unbearable environment slightly more tolerable.

Cons

- Engineers are thrown into projects with no planning or direction - Requirements change constantly - Leadership lacks any real IT strategy, wasting effort on ideas that collapse before completion - Long hours are spent fixing disasters that could have been prevented - Executives ignore the root problems - There is no career growth or stability for anyone wanting to build lasting solutions

Pros

You'll quickly learn how much you can endure before burning out.

Cons

Working here was hands down one of the worst decision of my life. The owners are downright sneaky liars who will say one thing to your face and do the complete opposite behind your back. I was working 16-hours days, buries under 700+ emails daily, and still being told I wasn't doing enough. The pressure was relentless, the expectations were blatantly unrealistic, and the micromanagement was suffocating. You're given zero trust, every little decision had to go through the owners, who were constantly shifting directions and blaming staff for their own poor planning. The environment became increasingly hostile, not just from the top but from a few toxic employees they refused to hold accountable. Everyone around me looked exhausted, defeated, and emotionally checked out. By the time I left, my mental health was shot, and I genuinely felt like I had survived something.
