Pros

The office is in central Manchester. The majority of people who work there are decent and hardworking.

Cons

No job security - a revolving door of new hires and sackings for no good reason. I was given a pay rise and then fired very suddenly with no warning - HR told me 'we don't need a good reason to let you go' which was beyond belief. This week they have dissolved an entire team and let at least three individuals go. Very cut throat - senior managers brought in as a beauty parade for investors. My team witnessed sexist and xenophobic behaviour from at least two of these during meetings which made everyone, including a girl on work experience very uncomfortable. Senior Managers turn a blind-eye to this behaviour because they are so focused on growing sales.
