      Great work life balance. Well compensated, great benefits. Management empowers their staff and engineers deliver A+ work placing the clients needs first.

      It would be nice to have a Presidents club.

      It's work and that's all.

      Cons

      Management is non-existent. Owner is a condescending jerk that loves nothing more than to talk about himself. Will steal your contacts and not pay you owed commission if you are let go.
