The company also provides exceptional training and resources to each member of the team, not just about the product or service, but also for the benefit of the individual team member.
Cons
Our company provides a high level of support to each individual attorney within the network. The challenge within our company involves ensuring the success of the attorneys with the clients that we send them. There are certain aspects of our business model that can be challenging to help attorneys implement, for the betterment of their practice. Given the difficulty of supporting our lawyers, I really enjoy being a part of a company that empowers each individual team member to become the best version of themselves and engage in a higher level of presence with both our team members and the clients/attorneys we serve.
