      Access has a national footprint but fails to succinctly execute & support national programs for their clients.

      Cons

      They offer transfer assistance over long term contracts and then quickly add new rates and exit fees to their client schedules while raising current contracted rates.

      - No weekends plus paid holidays - Dental is okay but health is United Healthcare

      Cons

      - Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
