Some good people who try to do the right things, but most are simply trying to rush out product without adhering to basic GMP/FDA regulations
Cons
No structure, culture and bad habits can be seen from day 1. No understanding of what it is like to work in medical device in the United States. Get by in audits by getting specific auditors. The day a real audit comes, they will not be prepared.
