Declining Culture and Rampant Office Politics - A Cautionary Tale - Anonymous employee Accenture Employee Review

I joined Accenture with high hopes, but the organizational culture has significantly degraded. The environment is rife with politics, and favoritism overshadows merit. The push for gender diversity often overlooks true talent, leading to frustration among deserving employees. New comers face unfair treatment and are often sidelined. Complaints against senior leaders are mishandled (in some cases course language and behaviors from Sr Leaders are ignored), with complainants being punished instead of receiving fair investigations. The HR team seems more focused on appeasing business leaders than addressing employee concerns. Constant restructuring adds to instability, making it hard for new employees to adapt. Powerful groups of old-timers stifles new ideas, creating a challenging environment for fresh talent. Sometimes there is infighting amongst these Groups. KT is purposely not given so as to make you fail. Work life Balance is a farce at Accenture, and depends on the manager. Groupism & cartels are the norm at Accenture.
