Pros
They will give good pay along with joining bonus like... At my service level, its easy to shift base location in Accenture.
Cons
Job security not there and too much complexity in salary breakup, where we need to define everything (Basic pay, HRA, allowances and PF etc.) based on Fixed pay. Accenture portal too much complexity in timesheet filling, insurance declaration , so many websites feels not User friendly. Allsec Thirdparty portal, no proper guidance to access..... No one will be there for helping in these activities, we need to raise tickets for all queries. So many training sessions & deadlines in doing the same.
