Accenture gives you EVERY opportunity to be successful within the company. Lots of training and support system for any issues that may come up.
Cons
Frequent restructuring makes it difficult to leverage any network you've built up. Grossly underpaid. You're only as good as your last performance feedback. You could be a rock star performing at the next level, but if you bump heads with your lead, and they give you a bad review, that's it.
