Pros
Overall, I had a great time at Accenture and left right before being promoted to consultant (<2 years). It is a great place for new college graduates. I had worked on 3 extremely successful projects, in 3 completely different industries. Did I manage to learn any transferable skills? Absolutely It is a great way to develop a number of skills that are required for ANY project in any industry. The senior management is extremely knowledgeable and in most cases, very approachable. Analysts and consultants are thrown into various situations and expected to find a solution. They quickly learn how to ask their managers the right questions and are constantly growing through communication with senior management. Accenture is great about sharing knowledge! If you are about to graduate with a bachelors degree and haven't figured out what you want to do with your life, Accenture is a great place to start your career. You will develop some essential business skills. Plus, it's always nice to have Accenture on your resume :)
Cons
Like in any working environment, you can expect to have a lot of late nights - especially before deadlines. Some of my co-workers had to travel a lot for the project, and though it sounds exciting at first, it can get really old, really fast.
