Worked for a year and was thrilled by the offer. The bubbles of happiness burst after few weeks, when the manager in the recruitment team at Newcastle office was an immature, glorified team lead managing her favorites for last couple of years. Lot of internal team politics and favouritism Attrition in the recruitment is high and rarely anyone gets a permanent role Salary is way below the average pay in the UK The contract extensions has to be followed up several times
