1) Too much pressure on consultants: lack of ressources / very short deadlines 2) No pay raise / ACN does not promote enough internally / too many people waiting for promotion 3) Management does not care about work-life balance / too much bullshitting from Management / Management does the exact opposite of what is communicated. 4) Lies, lies, lies, manipulations and politics. This is Accenture! None of the core values of Accenture is respected. 5) Trainings are a mith: only people on the bench can afford to go
