Pros
Based on my current project (the only one I have ever been on - flexibility (depends on project) - you are able to - interesting work - note this is very reliant on finding yourself the right role - automony
Cons
- very long hours - too much pointless admin - performance is skewed by size and clout of project - a lot of it is down to luck and how the projects are grouped together for laddering purposes. If you are on a small project and your laddering session is dominated by a larger project - people working on the latter stand a far better chance of getting the good grades - limited choice of what project roles you are doing - Accenture is too geared towards sales of IT / outsourcing
