The quality of your work life was entirely dependent on external factors (project management), leading to instability and making survival, rather than success, the primary focus in bad projects. Despite 3 + years of service, I was never promoted, receiving only false hopes about future cycles, which demonstrates a lack of commitment to employee growth. My salary remained stagnant for two consecutive years, failing to keep pace with inflation or industry standards
