Pros
I've been with AccentCare for almost 3 years. I feel unbelievably blessed to be part of such a wonderful group of people who live our mission and vision every day. In my role, I do not care for patients directly, but my role supports those who do care for patients. "It's not really work if you enjoy what you're doing." This holds true for my job here at AccentCare. I'm given the opportunity to work on many different types of projects that have allowed me to grow and excel in my role. I know that what I'm doing is making a difference! And there's nothing more important to me than that.
Cons
Continue to hire people who have a true customer-focused mindset and positive attitude. Employees with bad attitudes can hinder productivity because they spread negativity to others. Those who do not have this type of mindset and attitude shouldn't work in this industry - it's ALL about being caring and passionate towards your "customer"; internal and external.
