Demeaning way clinical leadership spoke about clients

Clients and somewhat of a flexible schedule

High billing expectations for ARMHS workers felt like you never could meet. Rat race. Revolving door of clients who didnt understant ARMHS services or were not told upon intake. Not enough time to learn mental health techniques. Was provided materials but never able to review them. Working with your team was difficult. Every minute counted always more money focused not client centered. Micromanaged always meeting with management never encouragement or praise always what you were doing wrong
