Pros

Some of the best flexibility, especially working from home and being able to be where I need to for work life balance. I can talk to my manager with any issues I have without feeling like I'm going to get reprimanded. Lots of opportunities to discuss how I want to grow.

Cons

Can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of hands that touch the same project, some slight red tape.

Pros

Accella is the first agency I’ve worked at and the experience has been absolutely amazing. Leadership is supportive, understanding and compassionate.

Cons

Not of Accella, agency in general, hard to become an expert because you’re constrained by budget and time. Can spin this into a positive, teaches time a management and quick thinking.

Pros

100% telecommuting company; the work/life balance is second to none, the projects are dynamic - rarely does someone get stuck on a stagnant task. We have the opportunity to learn new skills and contribute our expertise to estimates and project architecture, and we are mostly left to our own devices. The only requirement is that we are "generally" available during business hours. Other than that, everything is results-driven. Work when we want, how we want, in our underwear if we want!

Cons

We would like to contribute to Open Source projects, but typical estimates do not include time for this. The only other con is that we must manage our own retirement funds and provide our own workstations.
