      Pros

      Team is very easy to get along with. Never any interpersonal issues and everyone tries to help each other out. Good company benefits. Expectations are set reasonably. You will not be crushed by your workload but you will be challenged. The president of the company is reasonable, friendly, and good at what he does. He makes sure all of the gears are moving in synch. The company is doing well already and appears to be moving even more in the right direction.

      Cons

      A lot of your work will be done in proprietary software so the knowledge gained may not necessarily transfer to another company.

      Pros

      My experience at Accelerated was probably one of the best places to start a foundation for my design career. Operations Manager Patrick and Marketing Associate Christine are very nice people to be around and are always available to reach out to whenever I felt stuck and/or needed clarification on a project. I would describe the atmosphere as laid back and open. The projects are diverse, the deadlines reasonable, the feedback/criticism very helpful, and allow a space for interns to think outside the box.

      Cons

      No pay but that is compensated with the fun and valuable knowledge and experience that I've earned here.
