I am part of the Account Executive team at Acara Solutions. If we met our Annual Metrics we get to go on an all inclusive trip paid for 100% by the company. This year I met the goal and was treated to a trip to an all inclusive trip to a beautiful resort in Punta Cana. It was a great trip and we were treated as Royalty by the resort. Acara really goes all out to reward its employees. This is a great company. They are very honest and transparent in how they handle their business operations with both the customers and our employees. In addition they believe in a healthy work life balance and have very reasonable goals in their expectations.
Cons
There really aren't any. If you are in the Staffing Business or want to be in it this is a great place to be. I have been in Staffing for my whole career and would highly recommend them.
