Pros
I have been working on this company for 6 months now and I've developed a love and hate for them. Love how flexible you can be with your teaching style since they don't require a formal step by step process, you can truly connect with your students who'll eventually become your good friends since Chinese students are so easy to get along with. Also, they can be lenient and forgivable though it depends mostly on the TM or team manager. Student flow is great!
Cons
Poor management and unstable policies. Changes from time to time without proper notice in advance. You'll be more updated if you join the group pages on Facebook and skype with your co-teachers. Hefty penalties and unreasonable charges, it can be a system error or lag on your internet. As long as you haven't conducted the class properly, then you'll be instantly penalized. Strangely hard to dispute or even communicate with TMs. CS has no power just middlemen, QA and TMs have the most authority in evaluating tutors and handling almost everything. Most of them are useless since they're being unresponsive most of the time. But there were few who you can rely on, but not totally depend to. It's a delimma when try to identify the cons actually.
