1) They have a so called booking system where you open slots for when you will be available. However if your pay rate is 'high' ('m talking of a ridiculous rate lie $4 per hour) they will make sure that you never get bookings. Even if students book your classes, these classes will 'mysteriously' disappear from your schedule so that you won't teach and they don't have to pay you anything. 2) They claim that they pay unbooked classes, I only got paid for less than 2% of the unbooked classes I have. 3) They have TMs that you report to (they are like your supervisors). They are very unprofessional and unhelpful people. Een if you report an issue you had during your class etc, they don't bother to reply or they just give a generic answer that doesn't even address your issue. 4) They penalize you for every tiny mistake even clocking in 30 seconds late ypo will get a penalty and they take it straight out of your paycheck. They are as shaddy as hell and make sure that they scratch for penalties so that they pay you as little as possible. ACADSOC does not give a damn about its employees. They are literally slave drivers who care nothing about the well beingof their tutors. they are after profits and the only way you can cancel or postpone a lesson is by death. They will penalize you even if you had a genuine and real emergency. if you see this ESL company please RUN!!!!!
