Great company culture. Fair compensation and management are considerate of your time and schedule outside of work. For example, if you are a student or are employed in another position they will work with you.

There aren't many cons that I can think of. They do expect you do whatever task they ask of you no matter what position you are in, but I think this is a good thing. Even though I'm an office administrator I've done apprentice carpentry, demolition, job site security, etc.

Great place for a first time EMT job to get familiar with fire fighters, nurses, and hospital locations

Would not recommend staying long term due to work environment and other county companies pay better.
