Pros
Other managers at my level were very supportive while I was learning.
They have a fantastic Rewards Checking account that is very similar to a rewards credit card without the credit aspect, which I think is a great value to their clients, and is free for their employees.
They are LGBTQ+ and DEI friendly!
Cons
Training is minimal at best and especially lacking for external managers coming in.
Resources are often incoherent /non-comprehensive with steps missing or out of date.
Benefits are extremely expensive with high copays and deductibles.
Accessing some benefits is challenging.
Managers are micromanaged and often required to be on several mandatory calls each day, which takes away from the ability to be productive.
The company doesn't privide Spanish literature for the multitude of Spanish speaking clients they have.
They also do not invest in advertising.
They have a very limited suite of products & services and you have to be a client for 6 months before you can apply for a loan.
