Pros
Very few, honestly. Tough to get fired if your regional picks you randomly as one of his favorites.
Cons
Products can't compete with banks we call our "competition," (so are we really their competition?). Second chance customers means non-stop drama. Only way to protect your job from the 1 fraudster is to put every check on hold from the normal customers and take their abuse. Long hours. High stress. Lowest pay in the industry.
