Great staff and environment. Staff was very understanding.

Did not have any cons.

-Flexible hours -Job satisfaction by being to able to work with small groups of college students at your own pace/style. -Competent staff and coworkers. -Pretty decent pay for a part-time job.

-Small budget, so development training can be a bit lacking at times. -Still a young program, so expect some difficulties to iron out. -Somewhat tricky to get the maximum number of hours.
