Pros

Team leaders are sometimes okay individually and when there isn’t influence of the officer manager. Some good team nights out. Nice team members EXCLUDING management. 2/4 of the team leaders are decent.

Cons

Ridiculous targets and KPIs they expect you to meet which can only be barely reached should you slave all day everyday with 30 minutes away from your screen for the whole 9-5 day. The officer manager is not nice. She will sit and whisper about members of the team with other managers and close by to where others can hear the terrible things that she is saying. This has been raised multiple times by multiple members of staff, yet is always “passed on” but still continues. Only room for progression for those who they are friends with or they decide that they like for whatever reason. They will also tell you that you are not fit for progression if you are “not mentally stable enough”, despite this not even being the case. It has potential to be a decent working environment without the office manager around. Also, working from home was forbidden but apparently, as many other cases show, it is fine if you are a manager or friends with one for ridiculous reasons such as awaiting a delivery at home. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to keep your sanity. I also wouldn’t trust any of the good reviews because when they get a bad one, they ask their teams to add good reviews to balance it out and will give you doughnuts for it lol.

Pros

They are friendly the first year of the buy out. Then everything changes.

Cons

Most everything that is wrong with every corporate owned business. They report to shareholders who only care about profit.
