•Rude and aloof senior management team with no sense of strategy and non-existent people management skills - micromanagement is rife •Poor comms from ‘HR’ / woeful benefits (FYI - 25 days including bank holidays is not a benefit - onboarding non-existent •Expense policy is dubious and very challenging. •Poor/Isolating team culture •Questionable links between HR and SLT making it impossible to raise concerns freely.
