Cons
This company micromanages like I’ve never seen before. They expect managers to work open till close every shift to keep hourly staff under 40hrs. They do not want you to have any work/home life balance. You are expected live and breathe work, even on your days off. The owner is WAY too involved. He loves to see and hear himself. I’m pretty sure his main goal in life is to be famous. Bombarding you with Marco Polo, YouTube and Loom videos from his home studio. He monitors who watches his mandatory videos and will contact you directly if you didn’t watch one of them. The man can’t run a sale from start to finish but will tell you multiple times a day how to do your job, and spend a lot of time watching/listening to the cameras. When you aren’t with customers, you’re expected to make a minimum of 50 calls from the programs he himself developed (so he can monitor those too). Complete narcissist comes to mind. The commission pay is ridiculous and changes every month (sometimes multiple times in a month). Sales reps never really know what they are going to make.
