Sometimes workloads can be heavy but team and managers are always supportive

I started as an intern and I quickly progressed to a project manager. Although I had just graduated when I joined Absolute, the managers trusted me and believed in my potential. Career progression is definitely one of the pros. The owners and managers are also very down to earth people and since it is a rather small company, so you feel like you're part of a team.

Starting salary is not one of the best in London given the current living costs.
