      You have a very flexible schedule to work with within your team. PTO is taking seriously and you can almost always help out at different stores for overtime.

      Cons

      No Retirement Fund. Area Managers can be very unhelpful. Pay is nor survivable and can take long to advance in the company even if you put in all effort.
