This company was once an exceptional place to work, with strong execution and the resources needed to succeed. Unfortunately, it now feels like an organization struggling to stay on course. The decline in culture has been particularly striking. As recently as last year, the work environment was highly positive and aligned with many of the favorable reviews posted here. However, over the past months, a number of senior leaders have departed, and the company has encountered significant challenges. As a result, the culture has deteriorated at an alarming pace. One of the most concerning issues is the company’s apparent difficulty managing growth. Several leadership hires made over the past year have had a negative impact on the organization, with the most recent addition being especially problematic.
