Culture needs serious overhaul - Associate Product Manager (APM) AboveBoard Employee Review

Although I am shocked, deeply concerned, and saddened by this feedback, I appreciate it because it spurs us to be better. I am 100% committed to ongoing growth and improvement, as are our executive leadership and board, all of whom have discussed this post. Given our mission, the diversity of our team, and our goal of helping our client organizations to improve DEI, it is critical that we do as well as possible in this area. To that end, we are in the midst of a DEI assessment with a highly respected outside firm that includes a full review of our policies, practices, and one-on-one meetings with every member of the AboveBoard team. The firm will create a bespoke action plan that we will implement. Again, I appreciate the notice.
