Pros
It's very rare you have the opportunity to work for an organization whose technology works, solves for a pervasive problem, and is in the crosshairs of a significant disruption to the industry. There is a reason why Abnormal became the second fastest cybersecurity company to ever cross $100 million in NARR. Abnormal has made phenomenal hires go build out our GTM engine the past six months, as well as bringing in a chief people officer to help with some of the challenges we had as a rapidly scaling company. As an AI based company, we are actively engaged with key stakeholders at organizations as they look to wrap their arms around the threats and benefits AI presents. Because of our architecture, I am bullish on the future of this organization and fortunate to be along for the ride.
Cons
We have historically run a lean organization, which created a higher workload for certain divisions. (However, we also haven't endured mass layoffs like most technology organizations in the past 24 months.) That being said, we are hiring to help as our business scales.
