- Progression and promotion opportunities - I was fortunate to experience this throughout my time at ably. - A real, "roll your sleeves up", team working culture. - Amazing company culture - I literally love everyone I worked with- this years summer summit was awesome and so much fun! Ably is really great at bringing everyone together to celebrate eachother and take the foot off the gas for a couple of days and get to know eachother as people - Team culture- the team culture in Customer Success is constantly improving and is a genuinely nice and supportive environment to work in - Striving for excellence- I was able to work in an environment that was focussed on always improving and always doing better and that really motivated me - The customers! Honestly, the customers are an utter joy to work with. I've not worked anywhere else where the customers genuinely work with us like partners and it makes the whole job so much easier - The product- We are genuinely best in class, and customers genuinely love us. We regularly get customers come over from competitors with harrowing stories, and the feedback is always that Ably is so much better in every way - which is just really great to work in an environment like that - Fast paced and everyone working to a joint goal - Benefits are great! Love Juno, NTK snack budget, Healthcare, and IT budget every year! It really takes the pressure off.
Cons
It's a start up style business - so it's scrappy. Priorities can be unclear, the cohesion between product and the rest of the business could be better. Recognition from SLT could be improved. The CRM is not the easiest to work with. But nothing that isn't typical for a start up style, hyper growth, business.
