2018 has been a negative change for he company- I’ve had 4 different supervisors in this time frame New system that is updated monthly and causes bugs errors, change in work flow and errors with calculating pay. Pay is mediocre for workload No benefits at all, yet management get plush benefits, bonuses, etc. Management if involved in a clinical case will tell you (as the clinician) what to do as if they were the experts I’ve been told on a few occasions to call parts on weekend day or during a vacation (when I don’t work). Little room for advancement. Will ask you to add hrs of availability to your week to compensate for influx of clients coming in but not fill it or not tell you when there’s low enrollment. At times difficult client base, lots of no shows or cancellations and these count against your productivity.

Thanks for leaving a review! We agree that flexibility is a great part of working at AbleTo. Please note that our full-time Therapists are currently completing an average of 26 participant sessions per week, which is the established productivity target, and are meeting or exceeding our expectations for quality metrics.
