Hi, Alice here! Thank you for leaving a review. It’s really disappointing to read that things didn’t work out for you here. I’d just like to touch on a couple of the points you have made, particularly around your comment “few reviews about added by HR but do not really speak for the company”. I can confirm that this is absolutely not true, we don’t add glorified reviews as we want our profile to be an honest and true reflection of how our employees feel about the business. I fully appreciate that we have gone through many changes over the past few months, but our people are some of the smartest in the industry and we’re growing as a business in a really positive way. I can, however, understand we have somewhat struggled with our fast growth whilst still maintaining the “small company/start-up” spirit. With the recent acquisition, it is inevitable that the culture may shift slightly, but we very much want to remain true to ourselves. Regarding our internal communications, this is something that we are working on as we know this is an area where we need to make improvements. We fully support and encourage career development here, so I’m shocked to read that you felt you weren’t progressing. We support external and internal training courses to assist in career development and really believe in nurturing our people.
