Pros
I have nothing positive to say.
Cons
The worst professional experience of my career. Women in IBD could be counted on one hand, and the culture made clear why: a closed boys' club that actively excluded female colleagues. Male peers left the table when I sat down, spoke directly to my clients behind my back, and organized strip club outings during work trips — in large groups, without any apparent concern about optics or professionalism.
The message was consistent: women are tolerated as support staff, not as equals.
On my final day, I had to prop the door open with a book to hand in my access card — because no one came to see me out.
