Management is horrible. Will want you to work overtime and not pay you. Lets a nontechnical personal call the shots for techs with more experience. Loyalty is non existent unless you’re in their clique. IT director will talk to you like you’re dumb and turn around and ask you how to do something. Turnover rate is horrible. 6 people gone in the last few months. Also, pay sucks.
