Some of the systems could be improved

The main thing I like about working here is that they are constantly acknowledging and striving to do better, in terms of their employees. We have been given more flexibility following a review and they have introduce a period policy, with a menopause policy to follow. Any feedback I receive is constructive and fair, I am not overloaded with work but have enough to keep me busy.

All attorney's have their own way of managing their deadlines, instead of one set way for everyone to do it. For me this is a con but do understand that this could be beneficial for some as it allows you to work in your own style. There are some people that appear to not do a lot, but I find you get these people in most workplaces.
