Pros
They are working at improving the culture and moving away from the old ways. You start with 3 weeks vacation and if you have the right manager, your hours are flexible and you can still maintain a home life. Benefits package is great.
Cons
There is a lot of bureaucracy and moving up/around throughout the company is much harder than you would think with it being so large. There is no formal mentor program or growth plan.
