I worked there about 2 years, I got chance to work on good technologies. HR and Employer pretend to be nice with you but always plays politics. Organizes Trip and some small events sometimes.

So many cons, Flexible Job time: They provides flexible working hours to exploit employees flexibly. Even girls has to work till late night many times even after 11.30 Client Site: When they send you client site, they won't be your. Learning: I joined as experienced person but have seen how fresher's life was. They allots front end work to developers who don't know it, so no chance of learning. Seniors: All seniors are living in old era, they treats juniors as slave, of course talks sweetly but acts worst. Seniors are not technically updated and even not willing to upgrade HR: enough supportive for all but as like all hr bias towards management. Work Culture: No culture, it's myth here. Unorganized working, Impractically planning and estimations. If you denies to work any day, you would have to pay for it. Compensation: If you stay to work for night, they even won't provide dinner or travelling expenses, no comp off leave. Basically they don't need Smart well skilled employees, they wan't slave and donkeys. This one of the worst company I serve.
