      Opportunity for great hands on experience

      Cons

      Impossible caseload which leads to burnout and very high turnover rate. Health insurance was also terrible, associates take on higher monthly costs for basic coverage in order to cover the costs for partners to have premium coverage and minimal costs

      Good culture, nice office, some nice partners

      Cons

      Pay inequity, hard word is not recognized and raises are not fairly allocated. Super high turnover, they do not pay associates enough.
