      ESOP, 401k and that is it.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, they change their management at least ever couple years, but the problem is within higher ups. If you don’t kiss up to the managers or you are not liked then you will get fired.

      Claims to be a Christian company Watch out for management Emails will go overlooked Pointless team meetings Very unorganized and management will gaslight you & tell you that they are “color blind”
